manual drag car only.......

Mine only shudders sometimes.......a few more revs, and riding the clutch a bit should minimise it.

I have a really low first gear, so it's not so bad. It does shudder a bit if i take off in second, but i just need to gas it a bit more....lol

You'll get used to it......practice young luke, practice......
hahaha

this is how she currently sits, busted a**!...lol
Image

old box is out and gone across the road to my neighbour who wants it for bits...
auto box is back in, will be sending the other auto off to be built..

as for the t5, lets just say it shattered 2nd gear by flat changing at 5800rpm in mid power skid a few tramp tremmors and bang.. also may have done some damage to the diff pinion bearing as there is now oil being flung out, matbe coincidence?..

Lol

With the power you have using a T5, i doubt doing a powerskid in 2nd flat shifting at 5800rpm was going to have a great outcome at all.

Sorry but you have to admit it is funny. Like a kamikaze suicide mission.

As Bruce Lee would say, 'dragon whips his tail'
