Dump the fluid, the entire lot of it and go to bikebiz, get a {DESCRIPTION}

I assume you also have already got braided brake lines. good fluid makes a HUGE difference. plus its more resistant to burning, thats a very possible explanation of what your seeing.

that might be the go... i still might put a new master cyl anyway, the one on it is the original and the brakes have never been fantastic compared the the old ea..

i replaced the master cyl today and tadaa, the brakes are so much better now..
the brakes have always been avarage but still worked ok, since the turbo has been fitted they have been less than average..to much heat i think???
i think it might be safe to put the ABS relay back in.. :D

Damn thats a shame to hear Troy, when accelerating anything over 1/2 throttle in the rain traction can be lost very easily on the piece of s**t Old Windsor rd :x
But nice work on the quick recovery!
I too am a fan of the new bumper over the old one, while it doesn't look stock it isn't too over the top either and hides the intercooler nicely 8-)
Mine does the exact same thing in regards to brake fade, time to replace my master cylinder I think.

thanks mate,
i got to say i cant beleive the difference from just replacing the master cyl..
as i mentioned before, the brakes worked ok, no leaks, no air in the system and still stoped ok on track day and normal day to day driving but was really poor when it came to emergency stoping , but now its like a different car...lol

did more painting the other day, i picked up another sprint rear lip, this one has the shaped out section for the towbar, did a few minor repairs and gave it a quick spray.. the reason i changed it was the lip that was on there was a non towbar lip, so i can now remove my tow neck without half pulling the rear bar off..
Image

while i was at it i chopped off the over sized 4" exhaust tip and replaced it with a 3" s/s bend..
much better...lol

and all done...
