good news!!!
the ed is running again.. :D
got the supercharger back this morning + new bov.(purple bov. thanks tim..  )
mounted the charger back up ,connected everything.
but had to do some modifying to the intake pipe to acommodate the new bov.
chopped of the old piece of pipe where the bosch bov was and got out the trusty die grinder and bored the hole out.. then ground the pipe shape into the bov flange for good fitting..
payed dazzle a visit and he was good enough to weld the flange to the intake for me.(thanks dazz).

No worries mate......You didnt muck around gettin home and finishing it off, especially in this heat...

Purple is fully hektik broo......lol

Cheers

Daz

thanks..................
the car is running good.. currently taking it easy to run the supercharger back in..
now that tim gave it an upgrade with different (wider?) profile gears and belt, it makes a slightly different sound..still sounds sweet with its high pitch whine but has a deep whine aswell..
and with the new bov you can really here the air beind forced through the valve on gear changes.
the bov has more of a whistle sound instead of the pssshhh it had before... :D

and as things never end, once the charger is run in ill fit the 36lb injectors and see if we can squeeze some more kw out of it...

Thats the spirit mate. With the 36lb injectors, will your fuel pump handle it, or do you have an after market one already?

Sounds interesting about the new noise too. But I reckon it will tone a bit down once run in.

tim said the sound will tone down alittle but will always sound a little different due to the updated blower..

Do you mean both or either one?

Have you thought about ba badges mate?, looks smooth without the badges tbh.

If you colour code the bumpers it wont look as good, i think leave them as they are as it breaks up the white.

It looks sweet now why change it? im going to have to hear this new raptor you got there.
