Ahh. ok cool. Yeah I think you told me this before. haha sorry to be a broken record.

I think with the bigger injectors and a proper tune it will make heaps more power. Thats just my assumption, but I think there is plenty more to see once the injectors get fitted.

Put a cooler on it and it will do that easily. Due to space maybe go water to air.

i want to but trying to find something that fits without too much choppy choppy.

im currently looking for a water to air set up that will fit under the bonnet.
so far its looking like the only thing i can do is mount one over the extractors..

will the second valve be in before friday?

no im still waiting for one to arrive, so probably another week or so..

i think duel blow off valves will sound interesting?? ricer in stereo.

Troyman, put the battery in the boot, place the w2a core in its place, and it will be away from the extractors. You would use the ebay type cores that have the air inlet/outlet on the same side, and run the the intake plumbing across the front of the engine bay, as per how raptor have done it (without the log type w2a core).

This is what I've done on my AU, and it fits fine (but tight!). My core is mounted, and all intake pipework has been welded up. I'm yet to mount the radiator and pump. I'll post up a pic at a later date....but there's certainly room to keep the core away from extractor heat if you take this path.

Joe

thanks joe..
w2a is something i want but little things keep poping up that need attention..

like my rear brakes are giving me greif at the moment.. i noticed on our cruise on saturday when i turn corners i can hear the rear brakes clicking.. when i got home my rear discs were purple/blue which tells me the rear pads are constantly rubbibng..
i had these rear callipers re built when i had the ea for the same reason..
so this time im thinking on using ef/el rear brake set up..

anyway on the bov piping ive got some 32mm silicon hose, a couple of 1 1/4 90 deg bends and 45 deg bends to try plumb back the bov..

well at the moment im not sure how to run them?? i got an idea here are a few pics on what im thinking on doing..im just going to run the pipes into the air filter shroud..

the outer bov is a little difficult to plumb back because of the blower intake..

I like the sound of what your doing there Joe. How hard is it to re-route the battery to the boot?

Is the exhaust pipes on the BOV's stainless or alloy?

What ever it is, get da22le to weld 2 short 90 degree angle pipes to them pointing straight down, then what ever you do from there will be hidden.

Im not sure if there is even enough clearance for this?

with the outer one, is it possible to turn it around then just make the pipe a nice 180 degree bend and straight over the shock tower and into the box

the bov are alloy and the pipe i have is steel..
but i can use 90 deg silicon bends instead and unfortunatly there is bugger all room on that side of the engine bay..
