Looks great Troy, another good job by swc.

Ive got to disagree with the tread and say i preferred it with the decals (even though its too late) It accentuated the bulge on the car. I think if say the gray on the bumper bar and the rest of the car was black to suit the decals it would look horn, and also give the car a darker look. But im just thinking out loud.

originally i was going to do the decal grey but went with the black..
the good thing is the decals are fairly cheap and can be removed easily..

Yeah, I like it better without the black vinal strips. They look the part on the BA etc, But yeah I would say without. But I missed replying to that update by a few days, you have already removed them  .

Cheers

i think the stripes could defintely work, if you colour coded the bumpers.....

Yeah That does look better Fairmont. Can we see one with the gray stripes matching the bumpers?

i reckon because the bumpers arent colour coded, the bonnet stripes wont suit it as it will look too 'busy'... just my opinion of course, the car still looks tops !!

I have been thinking about doing some work to my ED to get it back on the road for work trailer duty, to keep the lane from spoiling. Was looking at the gray moldings and thinking I would like to paint them white to match the rest of the car. But I think it would look wrong as the profile of the molding was meant to have another color. But what you have just said dose seem to be a way around it.

Hey Troy

That works better for me. I think before it was too much with the side strips in grey.
