man that sucks Troy. I would do what Froudey suggested and do it sleeper spec. Put stock rims and hubcaps back on. The less attention you draw to the car the better.

Thats Nasty, get it engineered and enjoy it, hassle free. Speak to Trant and see what he has to say and how hard it would be

Punch a hole in the inner guard, then put it on the other side, below the front bar. Or GT/XR8 airbox off a BA, like i did to mine.

if you get a chance brett would you be able to measure the length and width of the gt one you have?

personally troy, with what you have done to the ed i would try to get it engineered as it would be a waist of time for what you have done to pull it all out, that is one ford i would love to own,

thanks for your support guys..
depending on the engineer, it might need emisions and noise test which i dont think it will pass?
so if it wont pass that will destroy any hope of keeping it on the road..

LPG injection is your friend mate.
Same if not better performance as petrol , half the running cost and all of the sudden the emissions testing goes away........................................
Donnas 4 runner is on a LPG injection system onthe V6 and it actually goes heaps better on gas then it does on petrol.
As far as boxing the pod goes if space is an issue pipe it across under the front bar same as the turbo boys do for the intercooler and relocate the battery to the boot and have the pod boxed there.
Yeah its a lot of work and expence but it keeps the car on the road.
LPG injection is about $4K but $1750 is paid back by the government and the emissions testing is a dead issue.
Something to think about.

so basically if you were to go the LPG injection route, you'll spend 3k, plus the cost in re-routing the pod $200?, plus the cost of an engineer could be 3k? (correct me if Im wrong) with no guarantee it will pass. Thats a s**t load of dosh you'll have to find to keep it on the road.

yep it all adds up...i dont think its worth it..
well ill see what needs to be done for engineering..
if its not going to pass well i have no choice but remove the supercharger..

otherwise a new falcon will be getting the raptor experience, one thats not known by the police..
