Bar the chrome handles that looks very similar to my ED. Those seats rock.

Any normal Fairmont seat has the same material, and more of it too.

well today ive fixed 2 of the things that the engineer has required to be done.
1st plumbed back the blow off valve.. and 2nd raised the rear of the car up by fitting a 20mm rubber spring seat spacer between the spring and body...
tomorrow ill enquire about another resinator or mufler then off to the weigh bridge to get the car weighed.. :)

so this is how it sits now!!

Looking good man....

Tangcla photo shoot pics look excellent....

Did the engineer say anything about the EMS?? or didnt he even ask/notice. What about an emissions test??

What did you have to do to the BOV. i would have thought is was plumbed back properly......

Cheers

also got a different set of front and rear seats today..i swapped the full leather for leather/cloth ghia seats.
i did this as while the full leather looks great.. i felt there was just too much leather in my interior, and i wanted a bit of a change..
so now im looking for some matching cloth to do the door trim inserts aswell...

Damn! wish i could walts out and find me a nice set of ghia seats, i had to settle for the plan EB fairmont seats.

Car's looking great, im jealous to some extent, i know it will be sad but... if worst comes to worst, Ill BUY IT!.

Regards.

well because i have actually re fitted the factory ecu. and the purge canister,o2 sensor, pcv and factory sensors are still operational he has not asked for an emission test..
the blow off valve had the illusion of being connected..lol the outlet hose had the bottom of it cut out venting it to air..that was the first thing he checked. he actually laughed and said atleast wait untill its engineered before you do that..
which was just a matter of fitting a new hose

So far so good Troy. Sounds like this engineer of yours seems to be reasonable.

yep its all coming together now..
i had a hot dog resinator added to the exhaust today..
so now it goes cat, hot dog, centre mufler then resinator at the rear..lol..
and suprisingly it still has a sweet sound...

went and got the car weighed at a local weighbridge and  with no spare, no jack, nothing in the boot with 1/2 tank petrol it still weighs 1620kg..

now ive just got to forward some info and contact the engineer..
then the car needs to get a blue slip(full roadworthy cert).
then off to the rta... :)

Im keen to see how this pans out. Any idea on what it cost so far extra since you've seen the engineer?
