Hey, im introducing my new Sparkling Burgandy EL Fairmont. It's my second e series but my first V8. It's relatively stock at the moment but won't be long untill i have a quick and potent machine. It has the 170kw engine with some form of extractors (will show in pics but if anyone knows it would be quite helpful), 2.5 inch catback, 9.0mm top gun leads, and a manual conversion. Since purchasing i have only added a k & n pnel filter, and a few bit of my old ef mont (NL turning lights, leather steering wheel, chrome door handles, sub and amp, lowerd springs, etc etc etc). I have had the car three weeks and i must say i do love it, The Windsdor feels like it has a has plenty of power yet isn't as a*** as the Four litre six. Near future plans include super lows up front (I have lows up front and ultras in rear and feel like a stupid commodore driver), i want to take the spoiler off, some nice wheels, leather interiour, and also a cam with other externals to suit. Hopefully all that should be done by this year, then I will see what i want next, maybe a stroker. Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated as I'm new to the Winsdor V8 and my knoowledge of its parts, cams, and modifications is limited, hoping to change that soon though. Here are a few pictures. :-)

If you want a bit more go give it some nice heads and intake manifold. The Windsor has is good midrange and is a nice cruiser but it runs out of breath past 4000rpm and just makes noise instead of power.

I think the images are too large, does anyone know of any free software that will reduce the image size? thanks

What manifold do you recomend? A lot of people seem to be running explorers, but i was thinking about going an edelbrock peformer? am i wasting my money?
