got the exhaust fitted today sounds nice.....when i picked the car up i noticed they put a chrome tip on it free of charge :D

That's always cool. I had the rear section changed on my EB I6 Ghia to include a resonator as i was illegally loud without it, but i didn't get a free chrome tip, they wouldn't even remove my old one from my old pipe (which i took back) and fit it for me. I haven't got around to fitting it myself, but the car did look better with it.

Got some pics of the tip?

Cheers

The 5lt can be fun if you have a manual behind it & it has had at least a little work. I can't wait to get my Xr8 on the road, having taken it for a few short spins makes me want to get out & open it up some more.

Cheers

shifter bushes in finally no more sloppy gear stick was starting to piss me off
oil and filter changed
fuel filter changed was a real bastard and in a s**t spot
plugs are in
and started the brakes

so basically tomorrow ill have the brakes finished chuck the wheels back on and get it off the jack stands and maybe give it a wash.
