Car's back! Makes good power at full throttle. The rest is a bit messy.. wont idle, wont cruise on the freeway.. arrrrrgh..
Aircon was really cold though!

Yeah, would you believe that's what C&V Performance said when I told them that the car backfired at part throttle? "What do you want to use part throttle for?!?"

Well, none of it matters now. It seems the car has sucked in a bucketload of water in the storms last night and has suffered the dreaded hydraulic lock. Not quite the "water to air" cooling I was wanting. Heads are coming off as I type.
Options a) 363 Dart short motor b) 347 stroker sitting in the workshop c) 5L of petrol and a match!

A few puddles around Sydney last night after the storms. It seems the pod mounted in the guard wasn't such a great idea after all. Maybe need to go for a 4wd style snorkel in future.
