Did it cook the alternator, or was it ok when cleaned of all it's power steer fluid?

That's a fair way to cruise. 2 car loads of ppl shouldn't be a big issue as long as they are careful here. :D I'll wait for ya text. I might even come for a cruise somewhere with you guys.

EB got a** ended tonight.

went for a cruise to Dandenong south to go to a show at DW Customs. the intersection out the front there was a massive puddle. i stopped but my mate behind aquaplaned and hit me at 20km/h. f**k my rear bar, RH tail light, boot, boot garnish. the tow bar took most the force and it's now bent. it also bent just under the tail light. but luckily didn't crease the quarters so it should be fixable.
my mates car though it bent the bonnet, f**k his front bar and LH headlight.

OH s**t! I hope nobody was hurt. By the sounds of it, it's fixable. Probably best to get this sort of work done privately if you can, instead of going thru insurance. Got any pics?

yeh they are fixable. still a C*** though. wouldn't go anywhere near insurance because they'd probably write both cars off because of there age.

Oh, the main thing is that your alright.



I also wouldnt go anywhere near insurance as the parents' AU Futura Wagon t-boned a BA XR6 Turbo in the dead center of both passengers side doors while the wagon was doing 45km/h and her car was $1 away from being written off due to the bonnet, reo bar, pretty much all the front stuff. Had the airbags gone off, the thing wouldnt be here today, and that was made in 1998 so yeah best to do all the work privately.

Hopefully it wont be too hard to find all the replacement gear

i have a wrecker mate here in Bendigo. i just need a boot, i'll just get a good condition stark white one and mount my XR boot spoiler to it, rear bumper in stark white and put the red mould into it, and a reo

It dosnt look bad at all.
Heaps of stark white parts.
And if you can't find any auto barn sells stark white pressure packs.

Rear bar looks like it just needs a cut and polish.
