im a little annoyed with my 100cpi cat, as the noise and stink coming from the exhaust is as bad as it was when i gutted the last cat when it failed.. unless the guts of this cat has gone out the exhaust  ...

anyway it dont sound that bad wildeb, it seems pretty quiet at idle..
if its to loud, maybe add a small resinator to quiet it down a little

hear it under load. so terrible!

19's cost a lot more than 17's, which is money that could be spent on the SVO..... :-)

Cheers

i put in a K&N filter in the EB today.
I have done nearly every FordMod recommended intake and exhaust mod and the EB still isn't a strip monster

the gas mixer is off atm and it has a EA intake pipe
XH snorkel and an extra EA CPI intake pipe put into the front of the lid
K&N panel filter

Hitech headers extractors
100cpi high flow cat
2.5" mandrel bent exhaust with 1 muffler and 1 resonator
3.5" dump tip

A change in diff ratio will help with that, but you also need some more go under the hood. Probably need a bigger gas mixer on there than your current one, so it's not so much of a restriction.

You have impco gear in the car yeah? How would a 425 go on the 6cyl? Or maybe replace the ford TB with a 520cfm gas research setup?

Cheers

Give it a run & see what it's got man, then you have a benchmark for improvements.

A spring setup wouldn't be worth the money. Isn't your gear impco? If so, see if you can get a 425 setup on there, would allow for my power to be made, wouldn't be as big of a restriction as the typical mixer fit to those fords.

I gotta get my gas system running properly, $50 a week avg for petrol is hurting the budget, when LPG would be about $25....

Cheers
