never heard the tailshaft hit the floor. but there is a indent there

nah no bump stop. i know it's hit the floor before. but i haven't heard it do it

well the floor is damaged now. damn 65mm off the ground springs i had in there for about a month. and the tailshaft has been changed to suit the diff thats in it

Hey, got aquestion for ya wildeb.
In my eb when im on the highway at say 100+ then there are "bumps" in the road and the car goes up and down something sounds like its grinding. Ever happen to you? I've checked the driveline and bushes, bearings. All felt fine. |

machined all four rotors today. finally got rid of the horrible brake shudder. and put in front pads. lucky i did. were about .5mm from metal on metal. and found why the pedal fell so s**t, both bottom caliper slides on the front had seized. so freed those up and regreased them. all good now

Sure the upper arm bushes are good? When they wear the arm can move & get close or even rub on fatter aftermarket springs. WildEB -> Nice to read the breaks are working like they should be again. EB decided to develop a missfire. i believe it's spark related.
it's intermittant. mostly when the engine is warm. i just went and had a look at it, found my distribution block and thermostat housing is leaking. i bet it is leaking onto the dizzy. answered my own question

the missfire isn't caused by a coolant leak. i put my old gas mixer back on it last night and took it for a drive on gas. no missfire.
so the missfire is fuel related

i am currently driving around with a passenger Recaro and a drivers standard S-pac seat.
the drivers Recaro is getting cleaned before AFD. but god i hate standard seats. so flat
