That is a good question. To be honest i didn't think there was that much difference in the cams on the MPFI from EA - ED. I thought the 3.9 head had slightly smaller chambers tho.

A wade regrind isn't that expensive if you want a bit more go. I'd get one if i had the cash, but i don't atm.

well this is how we settle this. anyone got the profiles/details on the 3.9L cam and the 4L cam

haha

he recons that they are bigger.
i remember him saying something about it a while ago.
"put a 3.9 cam in" also convert your car back to center point, and say it does 15 seconds!

Dude, i hope that bottom end holds together for you until you build that engine you bought off me. You don't wanna throw a leg out of bed, otherwise your current engine won't be re-buildable.

yeah its a pitty that no one will ever know the true power of the ea center point.
driver changes everything too, it'll now run 18s because mitch owns it. haha
