Yeah let me know when and what you want a hand with.

Yeah lucky you, my gas filler valve is mounted in the spare tyre door so I can't open it lol. I would like to have it moved so I can use it and also not have to crouch on the ground to fill it haha.

could lend a hand with the motor swap probably wont be a straight swap as ill degrees the engine bay and do the rust spots.

i was wondering if it was accesable or not with the gas filler mounted there. shouldnt be to hard for someone to move it.

ill probably be ripping it to bits next week :P probably thursday will see the bonnet bumper and head lights removed to have the room to test fit the new power steering cooler.

ok so i started on some work this arvo this morning i sat down and wrote down all the things i want to do i have a sheet of A4 paper with 23 things listed on it to tackle :oops:

so i started on the rust in the tray im happy at the moment the rust has not eaten through made it abit easier you can see in the photos where ive done there is matt black rust kill sprayed down.....once the weather is warmer i will be spraying some white on it and i plan on bashing the wheel arches straight as you can see there dented that should be fun :roll:

also while digging around in the shed found a fuel cap that fits the xg it also had the key with it aswell the cap on the ute was just a twist on style and after a quick polish it came up pretty damn good. 8-)

its a shame it got scratched sitting in the cupboard in the back of the garge but you can get them cheap enough at super cheap so i will grab a new one abit later down the track.

yea :( you can sense the fun thats ahead of me :P also today i helped dad cut a tree for a asian dude and he gave us $100 each :mrgreen: also checked my bank and there was nearly double that was in there wednesday :| so im unsure where that money came from......not that im complaining about free money.

i think i will make a start on the ute tomorrow only a few days before its out of rego but i dont need to go anywhere, earlier i make a start the quicker it gets done.....then hopefully not long after that i will have a daily driver 8-)
