I figued out the earth side of the 2relays go to b-. Do you know if i hook everything back up to my made loom, ie throttle peddel, gearbox shifter and back up to the engine to test or just hook up the pcm to my loom and run power and listen for the little buzz and clicking of the relays?

Hey jumpingjak, look you've made a bench loom basically-but even if you hook it up and can hear anything from relays and ecu you still won't know if its working properly without a PC and software to fix PATS + some of the sensors,I'd wait till at least having your ECU flashed.

ye true that.. I been putting the test off till i know every thing is A-ok :D i been feeling off on a couple of things and lucky because my going over my work book diagrams i realised that the relays earth needs to be connected to pcm b37 power sustain. now im about 99% sure my loom is ok but as you guys sed i want to be 110% sure :D i think i am about ready to have my pcm flashed. Just have to get1 or find sum1 local that can do it for me.

Something i noticed doing a heap of work on my BA turbo upgrading looms anything BA the numbers started as a XX-3R23-XXXXXXXXX. anything i had that was BF started with a XX-5R29-xxxxxxx.

i think the letters at the start of the looms had a meaning of weather it was for low series cars XT's or hi series fairmonts and fairlanes.

sup guys. i took my pcm into cresent motorsports on wednesday to get the pats turned off. It will cost me $150 for Joe to turn it off for me, I have to ring him today to see if he got it done for me. Then il be ready to hook it all up to the engine do a couple of tests on the wiring, then go for a start up :D I still have to get the fuel pump out and get a jerry can or sumthing for the fuel and pump to sit in. when i test start il just run the fuel pump straight to the batt rather than a relay
