More presents for the AU. XR/Fairmont style dash cluster.

Need to get some s2/3 red needles to get rid of the hideous orange.

Fitted the exhaust on Friday... Sounds awesome...

Was a pain in the a*** as whoever the last person was that played with the exhaust welded the bolts on, so I couldn't re use, and I didn't have any lying around. Easy enough to buy more, but I had to wait till I could get a lift to the shops...

Economy is now amazing an am getting around 600km to a tank, and that isn't holding back on the throttle either...

Yeah pretty happy with the kms. Got a sys trip coming up so hopefully I'll be able to bust and 800+

More low was needed. So got some ultra lows and Monroe shocks for the rear

jealous of your extra two cylinders... and also your other car :p

umm just wondering if you could do me a favor and throw up a photo of the AU with the ultras in the back? i am just in the process of choosing a height for my FG xt, was thinking supers, ultras or a combination of the two. not too sure... :?
cheers.

Hey mate.

Lol they are both works in progress. But thanks.

Ultras are way better in my opinion. I rarely bottom out an when I do it's at an extreme angle.

I still want mine lower though

Are our cars ever not a work in progress? :)

Yeah it looks good with the ultra lows in the back. The next thing I need is new rims... The stock xt alloys just aren't cutting it lol though I'm going to follow your lead with matte black 17's (though mine will be the au XR's).

Cheers for the pictures too btw, very helpful. Think ill do the same.

Lol so true

Mmm au XRs. Only reason I don't have them is because they never come up cheap enough for me to justify them :P

No probs. always happy to put pics up

Some are just a little further down the path of progress is all... :P

Yeah, I would love it if they came out in 18/19's... Love the simple clean look. Shame that there aren't more around these days...

This site needs more people like you :)

Well sometimes you need something a little bit different. Your EL looks good... But yeah sometimes less is more... In terms of wheels wide 5 spokes if you don't have nice brakes underneath, otherwise thin 5 spokes to show off those nice big brembo's :D

Haha... Modest too I see... :p
