Shame everyone else thinks that too lol it's pretty hard to find a front bar for fpv for under $1000. Lol

A pretty fair price unfortunately. The alternative is to buy a fpv which will cost.. A little bit more

Hmm don't think I'd get a terribly good trade in on the xt, so that's not an option unfortunately :/ lol

Maybe not in comparison to the price of a fpv :|

So on another note. I noticed a knock from time to time when hitting bumps.

So when I got home I had a brief looksy and couldn't see anything... And then i grabbed the passenger side brake calliper. It wobbles a little with some light persuasion... That can't be good.

Will have to have a look in depth before work tomorrow. Hhhghgh I hope it's just a bolt that's come loose or something

So I forgot about the noise in my front end... And luckily remembered this arvo. So off came the front passenger side wheel... I discovered that the rear bolt hold the caliper had snapped and was just half sitting in the hole. What the f**k!

Fortunately I have the NF just sitting around unloved. So I took the bolt out of it and fitted it. Beautiful!

I guess I must have overtightened the bolt when I fitted my new pads and rotors some 5 months ago :/ rookie error on my part

Does sound okay. It's not so loud though. An I need a new tip..

Both bolts were the exactly the same.. As far as I could tell

Lol stupid iPhone wouldn't sit on its side, it took me like 5 attempts to get a vid with it sitting up

About time I did some more on the au.. Just bought black xd seats and trims to get rid of my crappy worn leather.. Will be chucking them in in the wkd... Will need to either paint center console and dash black or source some black ones.. Probably paint existing and replace when some affordable ones pop up...

Chucked xr interior in today. SO much more comfortable. Have black centre console on the way.

Then just need to replace seatbelts, parcel tray, handbrake, gear selector, steering wheel and dash... Feels like a loooong list but shouldn't take long to gather them all

Been a while since I put up a pick of it... Not much has changed... Still waiting on my black console and lid to arrive... Will then replace dash with a black one also...

I know series 1 aus don't have compatible climate control or dash cluster units, so will I need to use all the looms out of my dash when I replace? I don't think s1 monts came with a black interior

Still on the hunt for an affordable dash.. In the meantime I have stripped the black wheels and resprayed them in the standard silver cause I got tired of the look...
