you should be able to get one from a wrecker at a reasonable price. Only people buying these motors are taxi's and people doing conversion just about. Shop around you might find a good deal

Only thing is modifying your sump. Its worth it.

check ebay, theres a guy selling low kay AU engines with modified sumps. Failing that it would cost about $100 I,m told to mod the sump to give enough clearance

Take it too an engineering mob that does tig welding or alloy welding, am sure you can buy the sumps too on ebay
