Your right there Steve and if it aint what I'm after then why bother spending money/time/effort on it - thats what I believe.
I know Nunawading isn't that far away, however when you work 6 full days a week it can feel like anything that isnt on your door step is just out of reach.. :D

J/K - I've now looked into it bit more and have decided I will go with JET-HOT, thanks for that as I had actually forgotten about them untill you pulled their link up.

ps: they offer pickup and delivery, now we're talking!!!!! :D

I have an EF rocker cover that has been polished. I block sanded it so that its flat and it took about 30-40 hours of work however most of the surface pitting has been removed. I would be willing to part with it for $250

So this would be suited to NA engine parts??? As i am a long way off a turbo!!

Yeah - the only difference is heat...heat from a turbo just kills soooo many things - brake boosters (well in EF-AU's anyway because they're $hitty plastic grrrr!) and will melt most paints / coatings off things like a turbo manifold etc.

Things like a set of extractors would be ok in most applications though - sure some worked N/A 6's or 8's can still get the pipes glowing (refer to Brad's avatar!)...but *generally* speaking heat is not as much of an issue with N/A as it is turbo.
