i'm pretty sure ED/EF/EL headlights are all the same... maybe that could open things up a bit for you?

hmmm, i had trouble finding them and when i did i ended up getting a pair retail price, ring thomastown autoparts and ask for john, they sell the fenuine ones at a fairly good price!

whats fairly good, i was quoted 1k for el xr headlights and indicators brand new from ford in melb...

yeah sounds about right i paid bit over half so the must of been 100ea, and i got my fron bar for 200 (with tickford skirt hehe), so i paid 1020 all up with out paint, theres a pic in gallery of my car before it had headlights, getting it painted after xmas

only the ef and el ones are the same. the ed ones bolt up different but the beams are still the same.

we have a ef xr6 front for sale $1200 headlamps,indicators and bar cover

thats a good deal let me tell you also this stuff is not going to get any cheaper, and you get it all in one hit also.

yep the price is on the rise. the flashers are $185 each new and the headlamps about $500 each. the setup i have has a white bar. 1 new flasher 1 near new and 2 near new headlamp assys.
can also supply a EF xr6 bonnet complete (grey in colour)
or a pair of EL xr8 bonnet scoops.

ford up here in brisbane wanted $135 incl gst for each indicator.
i thoug that was expensive, but f**k, $180 i think i'll pass, maybe if i can find a cheap set somewhere.
i have the el xr front bar, just waiting for some good second hand bits to come my way.
