Copper is far better.
Copper is more expensive, but we're talking around $30-50more than a cheap alloy one. Cheap alloy radiators are just that. Ever bent a alloy air-con pipe? as soon as its shape is distorted it cracks and changes color like black Lycra on a fat chick. Sure they work, but for a major running part on the car spend up. Adrad/natrad/genuine air radiators pretty much only use copper cores. They also don't get killed as easily with electrolysis (debatable) However, PWR and some Aussie Desert Coolers make some awesome alloy radiators!
