they are different boxes, i believe they will bolt up but the ea-ed box is far inferior to the ef box. I have a ebii box forsale also.

I will have the one from my EF XR6 auto for sale within 2 months tho....has done 166,000kms so far - no issues just need to upgrade to a stronger unit
