As the title suggests, I'm looking for a new or used cable in good nic for my fairlane. It has completely snapped under the dash, but I have been chasing one for a while now, as I knew it was on it's way out. If anybody has a spare lying around or knows where I can get a new one please drop me a PM.

The front Hand brake cable is still available new. part number EAB 2853A @ $40.00 from a Ford Dealer.

Thanks for that Papa! I stopped calling Ford for parts for the lane long ago. Got sick of hearing "can get them for that model any more"!
I give em a call tomorrow.
