I am after four door rivet nuts for an EF Futura to finish off a rear power window conversion - grab handles are loose.
Any out there?

Buy direct from ford I just got 8 for my power window conversion. If you have an installer it is an easy job if not buy some spares in case you stuff one up

How much did you pay for eight? Are they an easy fit?

An alternative that worked for me was using the plastic screw retainers that press into the door, e.g. like the bases for the inside door handle that the self tapper screws into. You'll need to trim it to shape and make it a relatively tight fit so it doesn't spin when doing/undoing the screw. Might want to file a couple of flats in the door skin holes.

Just use the plastic ones, and the screws with the a*** thread. I did the EL door trim conversion and gave up on the rivets after one door and used the plastic ones on the others.
Strange thing was my ED already had the square holes in the door to accomodate the trims and plastic retainers.

Yeh I used those clip nuts you find on a H# series holden front panels.
Just cut a slit in the door and slipped the clipnut in. For My car, I purchased the Riv-nuts. and did the bolt-thru-hole with 2 nuts and it worked a treat. I have the receipt here, Part no: V-820134-S Nut Rivet M6 @ $2.09 each. Hope this Helps

I went into the local Ford and ordered them. Cost maybe $2 each (I can't remember). They were nice enough to help install them too seeing as they had the tool.

Yeah I have the tool but before I got the tool all I did was get a 6mm long bolt, thread a nut and heavy washer onto the bolt, screw the bolt into the installed rivnut and tighten the nut down on the bolt pullung the rivnut up tight. remove the bolt and you have an installed rivnut.
I never did like plastic and self tapping screws too easy to strip
