i have been informed that XH snorkels will attach directly to a EA airbox and give better air flow.
So i'm chasing 2. 1 for my EB daily drive and 1 for my EA SVO.

Thanks in advance

unscrew the old one, refit the new one. no need to change hinges.
u may need to give the flap a slight twist to square it up

u have a remote release for the fuel flap on the dash already yeah?

if not u will need to check the boot floor loom on the l/h side under the carpet, to check its got the remote flap solenoid wiring plug and just grab a solenoid from the local wreckers and fit that and a new switch into the dash (wiring is there already behind the central locking switch)

Snorkels are not available from ford new anymore? I remember paying under $40 for a brand new one not too long ago.

Cheers

Really? Bummer. Those sort of things usually get smashed up as most "accidents" the car will hit something with the front of it.

Cheers
