Theyre the same tensioner from EF-AU inc XH.

The reason for the different belt length is due to the A/C bracket (I learnt all this the hard way) :D

find your self a gates distrubitor and quote part number 38015 thats the gates part number for the tenioner pulley only, their is a tenioner assmbley 38227, hope that helps alittle.

Have you tried Ford, I purchased some new some time ago (2 or so years) however my last attempt to buy something for my xh yeilded nothing as Ford are no longer distributing xh parts due to their age.
You may be able to replace the bearing itself, presuming the pulley assembly is ok condition?

Ahh okay .. so just different belts? ... and mount the a/c bracket in the normal spot for the ea-ed ..
