my car didnt come with any, but i have since discovered they will work on the car, so i need 2 or 3 remotes.

i know ed work on it too, dunno about newer ones then that?

will pick up from syd area or pay postage, plus a fair price for em. im hoping some one has kept them after wrecking out or writing off a car.

cheers Rob.

Yeah, even up to AU1 should work. Well EBII-EL at least (if that helps with the search).

You might want to consider fitting a cheaper range car alarm (if you're electrically minded) to complement Smartlock - there's plenty on ebay from about $50 - $80, I've fitted these so called cheapies to my 2 cars, and 2 others, and I was surprised and impressed on the features they had compared to highend ones.
At least then you'll have two remotes (you don't need the smartlock keyfobs), and smartlock will happily work in unison + a little more protection - although be careful with alarms with remote start, there is a hassle with smartlock.
Another useful conversion is adding a tibbe door actuator to lock/unlock your tailgate (EF/EL style), and modifying your dash tailgate switch to a manual central locking all doors/tailgate (again EF/EL style).

Just a few thoughts . . . .

cheers guys, yeah its a 93 EBii, and the idea of making it like a ef/el in regards to the tailgate sounds like a great idea, maybe in the future this will be done, but just for now i would at least like to get the std ones so i can at least use them. (im not really electrically competent enough to have a go at that myself either, lol)
