$2000 was more than what I was willing to pay. great that you sold them for that though.
Like everything else in this world, it is only worth as much as someone wants to pay for it and at the moment there are plenty of people who will pay top dollar for them.

It was for alot of people, which is why I didn't have too many bites. But I know, like you do, that they are now pretty rare and special to get, so the price goes up a bit.

But a tip for you, have a look on FF.au... I remember seeing a set there for $1500. And I'm sure you can bargin him down a little from that, because he bought them from the bloke who owns the Jetspeed XR for $800. :D

Hmmm, I'd be interested to see what GTP and Typhoons wheels would like like on an EF/EL.

Sweet, they are 'large' looking 17" wheels, if you know what I mean. Mind if I ask how much mate? Looks very good btw.

Oi Twirky, ya slacker. Where did you get your 18inchers? You paying them off? The place you got them at got more pre-AU fit wheels?

I paid 1500 for my Koya Octane 18s from a place on the Gold Coast.

F1 Tyre and Wheel on Brisbane Road, Labrador.

Worth a call at least.
