Hey Uglybob - try ebay part number 4601914844

I installed one into my NL fairlane, goes around the rear of centre console airducts and courtesy light.

Sure, it clashes with my interior, but does spruce the plastiuc up a bit.

Last time I saw that part you are looking for, it sold on ebay for $162.70

hmmm - well, how much?

edit: the stuff in the pic is by far the darkest - its black/dark brown compared to the quite light woodgrain of the EF/EL's :)

Fras / Dilberg - NL woodgrain is different to the 'blackbean' DF/DL LTD woodgrain...NF is lighter than NL too.

EF Ghia / NF Lane = Rosewood (Lightest of them all)
EL Ghia / NL Lane = Burlwood (Darker than EF/NF)
DF/DL LTD = 'Blackbean' as pictured in Fras first post

FBT = Standard NL 'Burlwood' woodgrain
ELGT = 'Blackbean' woodgrain (same as DF/DL LTD)

Uglybob, I saw the woodgrain you are after in a ford dismatler this afternoon.

No chrome, just the wood panel for $70 in the darker woodgrain you need.

Let me know and I can get it for you (snap of finger *click*) like that.

Please supply a postage address if you are interested and I can email you my bank account details to tarnsfer the money.

BTW, don't you still owe me money for a Double DIL unit?

What happens Uglybob is that the plain shifter surround is chrome plated and then a woodgrain facia is glued on over the top.

This wrecker was just selling the woodgrain panel - get it now?

So it's aftermarket...I've seen a few instances - nasty commodore looking stuff IMHO.

Fras - hang out for the DF/DL shifter surround...I'm sure one will pop up ! Have you spoken to FTG ?
